| Posted: | | | | I do not know what I am doing wrong because I have done this a few times and never had this problem before.
I am trying to contribute a new DVD that is NOT in the database.
I have completed all the areas and done new scans and tried to upload it. I make sure the Contribute Scans button is ticked (it is) and then it goes through the motions as if it is going to upload like always.
Uh-uh ... no such luck.
When the page comes up where you check out the scans and the information ... it is all just blank ... except for the box that you put your notes in. Thinking that maybe it might be a new way they are doing things, I went ahead and wrote New Contribution into the area. I click Submit.
I went to My Profiler and then to Contributions. The DVD is listed there and under Profile Status it says Received. Under Image Status it says Received. I click on the small icon that you can check oyur notes in because I can usually go there and then check out the contribution.
It takes me through all the motions ... even WARNS me that the image may be Adult. I click on Accept. All blank. Nothing in there. Nada.
Any thoughts? . | | | Antec Nine Hundred case, 4GB A-Data DDR2 800 RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz, ASUS P5K-E/WIFI-AP MB, XFX GeForce 8600GT XXX 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 video card, ZALMAN CNPS9500 AT 2 Ball CPU Cooling Fan/Heatsink, Seagate Barracuda 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s HDD, Zerodba 620W PSU, LITE-ON 20X DVD±R DVD with LightScribe SATA, Samsung CDDVDW SH-S203B SATA, Hanns-G HH281 28" monitor, Kodak ESP3250 printer, Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 speakers, Windows 7 Professional |

| Posted: | | | | I'm almost sure that all the new profile contribution are like that (just the note section), because they are nothing to compare with in the database. That's why you will see nothing on your contribution page. I just made a new one today and the status change to approve, so don't worry your contribution is in the system. | | | Last edited: by Jimmy S |

| Posted: | | | | Assuming you left the contribution in place it may be approved tonight. New contributions (since there is no need to wait on voting) are approved/disapproved by the screeners very quickly. | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for the quick responses.
I will have to redo it as I withdrew it thinking maybe there was a probem.
Thanks. | | | Antec Nine Hundred case, 4GB A-Data DDR2 800 RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz, ASUS P5K-E/WIFI-AP MB, XFX GeForce 8600GT XXX 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 video card, ZALMAN CNPS9500 AT 2 Ball CPU Cooling Fan/Heatsink, Seagate Barracuda 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s HDD, Zerodba 620W PSU, LITE-ON 20X DVD±R DVD with LightScribe SATA, Samsung CDDVDW SH-S203B SATA, Hanns-G HH281 28" monitor, Kodak ESP3250 printer, Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 speakers, Windows 7 Professional | | | Last edited: by mwkirchner |
