That's a BS list if I ever saw one. Where is "I Spit on Your Grave", "Equinox", "A Boy and His Dog", or the most popular Atomic Age cult film of the 20th century "Plan 9 from Outer Space"?

Cliff, did you use your real name for those movies? The only Cliff Adams in IMDB (for what it worth) is dead and British. Can I take a chance and guess that the cult movie was a teenage beach comedy made in the sixties and you was in the band who play in it?

No. While I was a film student, I worked as an unpaid (and uncredited) intern on two feature-length films and a half dozen short films. Both feature films are available on DVD...

The one mentioned was "A Boy and His Dog", written and directed by LQ Jones (from a story by Harlan Ellison, by whom I got the gig). I was an assistant to the continuity director, where I was one of a team who took many Polaroid photos of sets as they were set up to be filmed and after each take. This way, the continuity director could match shots for each camera setup, especially if other takes occurred hours or days after the first ones.

The first film (much more of a cult film, in my opinion) I worked on was "Flesh Gordon", a porno film based on the Flash Gordon serials. It was cleaned up during production to get an "R" rating to get into mainstream theaters. On that film, I made a few of the prop rayguns, and also painted many props and a couple sets. Making that film was interesting in that one day it had a nice (not large by Hollywood standards, but not as small as many porno films) budget, and then, a few weeks later, had no budget at all. Then money would come in, and they'd buy special effects. Then they'd be back to no budget, and round and round it went.

So you will not find me in any film credits. The Cliff Adams you find in imdb or other online resources is a singer born 12 years before me, the leader of The Cliff Adams Singers.

There are two films where I might appear onscreen, but I have yet to take the time to see if I'm there: I was in the audience when they filmed both "Monterey Pop" and "The Last Waltz"...

I have this one in my collection, very fun exploitation movie with a great behind the scene history. Did you meet Maria Arnold while you work on it? She is one my favorite actress in the exploitation genre (not pornography, since she have done just one of them : Sexual Secrets of Marijuana) and since those girls work with so many different names this is a picture of her from Fantasm made 2 years after.
