| Posted: | | | | The case states 705 hours but each disc doesnt compute, how were these numbers decided?
I get 623 via Power Dvd and according to the rules for a film we use the time listed on case, and for box set the combined time . |

| Posted: | | | | Well, for starters this qualifies as a TV show so total time would be used. In addition, regardless of how you are adding things up, disk time is what matters, never printed box time.
TV sets are notoriously inaccurate regarding their total times. It's actually scary how far off they can be. | | | Last edited: by mdnitoil |

Well ... when I look at what is listed in the database ... it has 622 minutes (10:22) which is pretty darn close to what you came up with ... so I would say that you are right in the ballpark. Not really sure why they have 705 minutes (not hours) on the back of the case ... but I feel good with the contruibution of 622 minutes. | | | Antec Nine Hundred case, 4GB A-Data DDR2 800 RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz, ASUS P5K-E/WIFI-AP MB, XFX GeForce 8600GT XXX 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 video card, ZALMAN CNPS9500 AT 2 Ball CPU Cooling Fan/Heatsink, Seagate Barracuda 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s HDD, Zerodba 620W PSU, LITE-ON 20X DVD±R DVD with LightScribe SATA, Samsung CDDVDW SH-S203B SATA, Hanns-G HH281 28" monitor, Kodak ESP3250 printer, Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 speakers, Windows 7 Professional |

| Posted: | | | | It's been a while since I've seen the series, but it seems there was a pretty comprehensive documentary. In fact, according to this review at DVD Movie Guide, it was called We Stand Alone Together: The Men of Easy Company and runs for 77:26. Adding 77 to 623 gives you 700 even. Depending on how they rounded, I would guess that's where the 705 figure comes from. I wouldn't say it's part of the actual series, but as I recall, it did play the following week at the same time the miniseries played. I could see how the studio might have considered it a part 11 and computed the runtime that way. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. But total running time came up with 601 minutes (not sure why there suddenly is such a huge difference, perhaps someone should check that release). The point is that you should use the actual total running time even if it differs from what the box said. So that is the time the parent profile should use. |

| Posted: | | | | @ Fogeltje: This is called the PAL speedup (which is what Jykke is referring to). Here's more info on this phenomenon. |

| Posted: | | | | Hmm, I was never aware of that phenomenon, I'll read the wiki entry. Thanks |
