for the past week or so, my DvD Profiler is downloading covers in low res instead of high res... any clues ??

| | Posted: | | | | Check --> tools --> options --> display --> DVD Cover Image Quality.
Make sure High Quality is selected, and not standard.

Otherwise you should contact the support!
HTH You won't be able to open a support ticket if you do not have an unlimited registration key. Your login to the forums is showing as free registration - and the registration information will just show the status of your current login. You need to check if you have used the correct login to the forums. If you have recently re-installed dvd profiler / re-entered your reg key then check you haven't added a space to the end of your name. IF you had an unlimited key with dvd profiler v2 then you can use that key to get a NEW unlimited v3 key for free (see instructions at the top of this forum). | | | | Paul |
