| | Posted: | | | | I'm having a question regarding the R2 NL release for Stalingrad. The version I have is a steelbook edition and was entered as such in the database when I looked for it. It got changed recently to a keep case with new cover scans. The coverscans show the same UPC. Which edition should be contributed into the online database? I had missed the submission due to the holidays or I would have at least made some remarks in the votes. |

| | Posted: | | | | I feel the same way since the retail version is the one that you can buy in shops. I think it's even not allowed to buy rental version as they are, well for rental use only. But yes, the rules don't mention anything on this. |

It's also possible they simply missed it, I can imagine they have to process a great deal of contributions daily so errors can occur. I'm waiting with recontributing the old data though as I want some more opinions, maybe the rules do say something somewhere and we just didn't find it. |

When Hollywood was closing stores a couple months back I picked up a bunch of lower budget horror movies on the cheap, and out of probably 15-20 enetered, only one matched the UPC. Disc ID's always matched the retail versions, but I had to change each UPC and usually update the existing profile as well. Someone has to give these movies most don't own or care about some love, so I have been a loving fool.  My point: Strange that rental versions have same UPC for you. Must be a regional thing. |
