| Posted: | | | | I have learned that DVD Profiler adds the HD-DVD or Blu-ray banner to the top of applicable front images if the appropriate box is checked in the profile.
I just added the Canadian release of "Lonely Hearts" to my collection, using images that I scanned for the front and back cover.
DVD Profiler insists on adding the Blu-ray banner to the top of my front cover image, despite the fact that I have DVD checked. I confirmed that the Blu-ray box is not checked and have even restarted the program a couple of times.
Has anyone else run into this? Is it a bug in the program? Can I fix the image? |

| Posted: | | | | have you checked the case type - ensure it is not hd slim or hd keep case...
even if it is marked as one of those, that is still a bug, added it here should be enough to report it...
there is nothing wrong with your image... the banner is added to display only, it does not actually edit the image. | | | -JoN |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks so much for the quick answer. Yes, I had accidentally called it an HD Case and Profiler took it to mean Blu-ray. As soon as I changed the case type back to Keep Case everything righted itself. Thanks again. |
