| | Posted: | | | | I have the premium registration. It's been almost five years since I have accessed my account. (I quit buying DVDs because of some personal things). However the information is still there under http://www.intervocative.com/dvdcollection.aspx/
What I would like to do is download the information into DVD Profiler and then update to a newer version. I don't know if I can use DVD Profiler 3.0 or go to a different version. I don't even think I have an old backup copy anywhere of the older version.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. |

| | Posted: | | | | Go here and download version 2.4. Install it, then download your online collection to it. Make a backup, and go download the newest version (3.1.1). Then go here and enter your information for your old key to obtain a key for V3 (your old key for version 2.4 will not work in version 3+, but the upgrade is free). Then install version 3, enter your new key and restore your previously created backup in to it. That should be it, really...  | | | | The future is here. It's just not widely distributed yet. Now when I try to go to it, it re-routes me to www.invelos.com and there is no key. How can I get my old key, so I can d/l and update my collection? |
