| Posted: | | | | Hi!
I am not sure what's happening but i am missing some of my cover images. I have read the Support FAQ about errors at image downloads mean that there are simply no images there.
But i am talking about images which where there and movies that are well known like rush hour, the game, final fantasy, from dusk till dawn...
I am sure there where images when i first added them to dvdprofiler (some time ago), but now there is nothing left.
Was there some legal problems which i did not heard of or anything else? Since i was able to download other images and i have tried it several times my internet connection may not be the problem. I am located in Europe, if that helps..
Thanx!
Best Regards, Semicolon.. |

| Posted: | | | | What exactly did you try?
Did you try to select the profile and use the menu Online -> Refresh DVD from Invelos -> Refresh Images Only?
Can you name an example UPC/EAN? | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | Hi!
I have tried selecting the profile and refresh image only and i have tried update all images as well.
ahh.. there is something interessting.. i have cross checked the EAN in dvdprofiler with the EAN on the DVD... they differ:
0-743217-024598 - dvdprofiler 7-43217-02459-8 - dvd
It looks the same with all other missing covers.... hm, i think i add them in dvdprofiler 2 (intervocative) and upgraded to dvdprofiler 3...
I did not add the EAN all by myself.. strange..
thx!

| Posted: | | | | Hi,
since version 3.x the UPCs/EANs have become full-qualified (meaning: you have to enter the first digit, too)
You have to change them via DVD -> Change UPC.
You'll find all of the non-converted via Collection -> Flags -> Load Set -> Unconverted UPCs. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

One question only: I can not find any unconverted UPCs Flag set.

| Posted: | | | | Try adding the missing DVD's from the UPC on the back of the case. Once done, remove the "bad" ones from your collection. |

bests, semi Although it automatically flags them you do need to load the flag set manually to see which ones they are. In the top menu select Collection > Flags > Load flag set, it should take you to the folder with the flag set to load. Then go to collection > sort by > flagged first. Make a note of the flagged ones as it resets them when you change anything, so you would have to load them again. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | I have found the menu and it shows me a folder but there are no flag file sets to load there..
and i am not sure how the syntax of the flag files are so i could create my own, nor have i found any downloads for them...

| Posted: | | | | If there is not a file named Unconverted UPCs.lst in your "My Documents\DVD Profiler\Flags" directory, then there were no UPC/EAN codes that did not convert from the old style when you imported your V2.x collection. This flag set is created automatically by the program when importing a backup from V2.x for any UPC/EAN code that the program thinks is wrong, but could not resolve it automatically.
From your earlier posts, it looks like some of the UPC/EAN codes did not convert, but the program did not recognize that fact. You don't have to do anything to try to create the flag set file, you only need to get the correct UPC/EAN code entered into the profiles that seem to need repairing. So, for each profile you need to fix, you will have to get the box, select the profile, and use the menu DVD / Change UPC and manually enter the correct UPC/EAN code from the box. | | | Kevin |
