Skip Too late! To the question at hand...they are not listed in the crew table, therefore they should be left out of DVDP (for now). | | | Hal |

Recording Supervisor (only sound role in Go for Broke) I probably also shouldn't open my mouth, but I can't seem to control myself... Since you say these are the only sound-releated credits in these movies, I'd award both with a "sound" credit. IMHO both credits are close enough to the job descriptions listed in the rules under the "sound" credit, and it seems to me this is exactly what the credit is meant for (yes, people, intent !). However, to contribute or not to contribute, that's the question... | | | Last edited: by T!M |

Recording Supervisor (only sound role in Go for Broke) Douglas Shearer was almost always credited as Recording Supervisor as the only sound credit in over 900 films for MGM in the 30's through 50's. He won many Oscars for Sound. It's justifiable, as Tim states, to equate this to the DVD Profiler Sound credit since it's the only sound credit for those films. | | | ...James

Recording Supervisor (only sound role in Go for Broke) hasn't this been discussed ad infinitum? Only add credits if they are in the crew table of roles to add. | | | Paul |

I agree... they should be left out for now. Fair enough: left out for now. But I must admit that troubles me, that we can't enter those people who deserve it more. | | | -- Enry |

| Posted: | | | | FWIW, IMO, unless it's a silent film , they should get a sound credit. But that's just me. Add them and lock your profile. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |
