| | Posted: | | | | I have read the posts in this section but not are working for me. I load a layout and the downloader does not let me "open" as stated. It downloads it and then it won't open the download. It said that the format does not work. I tried going to the folder in "my document, Profiler, layouts and I find that folder is empty. what have I done wrong and how can I get the layout that I want? thanks, for your assistance.  |

| | Posted: | | | | I just tried this to verify what I thought I remembered.
I downloaded a layout, the popup window for saving a file opened, I selected the layout directory under My Documents\DVDProfiler, the file saved is titled Download.dvdprofiler. When I restart Profiler, a message box telling me a new layout was installed.
If I remember correctly, reports work the same way.

| | Posted: | | | | Tried what you suggested and not working for me. I cannot load layout. I can only save to Profiler and then when I go to Profile with layouts there is nothing there. My downloader shows that it downloaded 0% of the download. Anymore suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |
