If the same "main" crew member is credited both in the opening and end credits - with different roles and/or differently spelled names - do I list both of them, or just one?

Current examples:

1.:
Opening credits:
Santiago García de Leaniz - Producer
Santiago García de Leaniz - Executive Producer

End Credits:
Santiago García de Léaniz - Executive Producer
[No Producer credit in end credits]

2.:
Opening credits:
Carles Gusi - Cinematographer

End Credits:
Carles Gusi - Director of Photography

3.:
Opening credits:
Angel Hernández Zoido - Film Editor

End Credits:
Ángel Hernández Zoido - Film Editor

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Both, since we often use the crew from the opening credits and we sometimes do not see them in the closing credits, I can not think of a reason not to include them here. Plus you could merge the accents for the common name. Besides only the cast information should be taken from the closing credits only.

Where does it say in the Rules, only take Cast from closing credits?  I don't think so.

It does state in the rules that any film with "Standard Credits" should only be taken from the end credits. Standard Credits would be defined as: those where all credited actors involved are listed together in a single section at the end of the film - defined here as the "end credits".

Exceptions of course would be films that only list the actors in the opening credits, or actors who are only listed in the opening credits but then not also listed in the end credits for whatever reason.

Martin is correct, Jim. The Rule also defines exactly what Standard Credits are and further explains what to do when you into non-standard credits.

I know Skip, I wasn't referring to Crew credits... only the CAST (Actors). Eagle asked about the Cast.

Isn't that exactly what Katatonia said?

Edit:  Kat beat me to it.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.
