I downloaded and installed DVDPro Mobile on my Motorola MPx220 (running Windows Mobile 2003 SE), seemingly without any problems, so I went to sync my collection onto it. DVDPro asked for a regkey to do this, so I bought a registration and the sync went smoothly.

Unfortunately, when I go to start it up on my phone, it displays the "busy" icon for a second, and then does nothing. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

You're in the wrong forum. This is the Tech Support forum for DVD Profiler.
If you go to the Forums page, scroll down and you'll find a separate Tech Support forum for DVD Profiler Mobile.

Unfortunately I can't help you with your question, as I don't have the Mobile version myself.
