This might work...

1. Go to  http://www.intervocative.com/downloads.aspx and download version 2.4
2. Once installed, try and download your collection
3. Backup the collection
4. Install version 3.1
5. Restore collection

Assuming you had the same moniker on the old site, this would be your collection..

I take it when you did successfully download 2.5 you didn't get your personal notes and prices you paid rather than just SRP .. The uploaded site info at Intervocative only uses the same UPC as your library contained and therefore you only get back those titles only., Nothing else nothing more.

If you had your .dpb files backed up on your HARDDRIVE  this info you need such as Notes/personalized would be there when you restore.

So today you are now back and I see registered and using Invelos 3.1., I take it you also have successfully backed up only 200 plus titles over your old 450 list..

Try to use Invelos at least once a month to update and add new listings, ( who doesn't buy at least one new title a month? ) and if you use the Notes box and the personalize columns for dates purchased and prices paid..  Don't forget to backup your .dpb onto a separate folder within your harddrives somewhere., (200 MB for a collection of 500 titles about average.)
