| Posted: | | | | Im trying to use the variant tool and credit lookup and am seeing this type of name come up alot like Brian Van Holt from Black Hawk Down is Van his middle name? With the tool Van Holt is highlighted green, what does this mean?
S. William Hinzman I believe is common name for Bill Heinzman from Night of the Living Dead. Is S William his first name? |

With the tool Van Holt is highlighted green, what does this mean? 'Van' is similar to 'von' and should be included as part of the last name...that is probably why 'Van Holt' is all green as green is the color of the last name. Quote: S. You are correct, however, they are the same person. In my opinion, 'S' is the initial for his first name and his middle name is 'William'. So, as I said before, I would parse it 'S./William/Hinzman'. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
