| Posted: | | | | I'd say Reage as credited, since the true identity of Reage was hidden for so long. That's certainly what most people would search under. | | | "This movie has warped my fragile little mind." |

"Use the "As Credited" field where the person's name differs from the credited name."
Proper credit in DVDP = Dominque Aury credited as Pauline Reage. | | | Hal |

Anyway, I guess they mean the "Credited As" field. There is no "As Credited" field in DVDP, afaik. | | | -- Enry |

I think you are right. The author of the novel has always (until a few years ago) been known as Pauline Reage, her nome de plume, while her true identity was unknown. The movie dates back to 1975. It seems to me this is similar to the case of an actor who always used a stage name, never the real name. For instance, would you enter "Norma Jeane Mortenson credited as Marilyn Monroe"? I don't think so. | | | -- Enry | | | Last edited: by White Pongo, Jr. |

Good point....that would be correct! Same goes with the Cast section. Now it says, incorrectly: Quote: Use the "As Credited" field where the actor's name differs from the credited name.

If you go out and ask this in a SM-Community, you'll get a different answer... Thankfully, this is not S&M Profiler. | | | "This movie has warped my fragile little mind." |

Not online anyway... As an expierienced S&M-Fetishist... - I must admit, that contributing profiles (including voting and notifying people, that there are contribution rules) is sometimes another kind of S&M... | | | Ääärrrrrmin!! |
