starting problems

i downloaded dvd profiler 3.1, i installed the program, i started the first time without problems, i coverted my data from vers 2.4 to 3.1 without problems and managed to work quit a while whit the program. after a while i stopped working with this program to go and read my emails, and since then it is impossible to restart my dvd profiler, i already reinstalled the program lots of times, but it won't start : i alwys get the message acces violation at adres xxxxxxxxx in module ntdll.dll

i work with xp professional, have avg antivirus and zonealarm pro as firewall. i already run hitman pro and some online antivirus programs as bitdefender and houscall trendmicro.
what's wrong?

did you reboot PC and start fresh ??

put your XP cdrom in your cd-drive and execqute from the start execute:

sfc /scannow
Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. Please include the sources for your changes in the contribution notes, especially for cast and crew additions.

did run sfc /scannow, didn't changes anything, nor did chkdsk/r

Try holding down the Ctrl key when you start profiler and see if that makes a difference.
