| Posted: | | | | Hi, I have quite a few very rare Criterion discs. DVD Profiler does not recognize these discs when I insert them in the cdrom-drive, so I had to add them manually by ean, which worked fine. At first I thought that I had accidentally bought some bootlegs , but I have now had them verified and I'm a 100% certain they are genuine. Some of the titles, which the program didn't know was Salo, Flesh of Frankenstein, Blood of Dracula and Hard Boiled. Now, these are all extremely rare - is that why DVD Profiler is having a hard time with them? |

That's not uncommon. Disc IDs are rather unique. Once you've added the titles to your collection by UPC/EAN, you can then edit the profile and add your Disc IDs and contribute them to the database. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | UPC/EAN is our primary method of data entry, with DISC ID being the back-up or fall-back method.
