| Posted: | | | | I have been running for a while, and things were fine. I had to rebuild my computer. After reinstalling DVD profiler, the old data was there, with the high quality images. New DVDs are getting low quality images, even though high quality is selected. Any ideas what is going on? |

| Posted: | | | | Just a thought - have you entered your registration key? The unregistred version doesnt allow for high resolution images. | | | Need a vacuum-cleaner? Get me - I suck! |

| Posted: | | | | I double checked, and I have high quality listed for images. I tried refreshing images, but it didn't help. In fact, it downloaded some new low res images for me.
It is acting like it isn't registered, but I have entered a key. Other than the low res images, is their any other way to tell if it took when I entered my registration key?
Movies include the Whole Nine Yards The Rock Resevour Dogs Wild Hogs
and some others.
I can run reports. I remember that being diabled with out registering. | | | Last edited: by kdudak |

| Posted: | | | | Our fearless leader suggested the following here: Quoting Ken Cole: Quote: Make sure there are no spaces before or after your names in the registration information window.
Edit: You can also download the 3.1.1 beta which will automatically remove the extra spaces if that's the problem. | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! |

I would appreciate any helpful advice. |

I would appreciate any helpful advice. Have you followed the tip above about ensuring there are no spaces after your registration name? | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |
