| Posted: | | | | I am sorry, another possessive title issue. Which one is correct? If it is the latter (which mine is in local databse) why do we not use Walt Disney's etc etc? | | | | | | Last edited: by hayley taylor |

| Posted: | | | | Neither of the options is correct. As Lopek has stated, it's "The King and I". At least from what I can see on the cover. The title screen may be different though. | | | Last edited: by RHo |

| Posted: | | | | In that case, neither option in the poll is correct! Judging by the cover I would say "Rodgers and Hammerstein's" looks like it belongs in the edition field if you want it there. |

| Posted: | | | | I haveThe Rodgers & Hammerstein Collection It includes this title as well as Carousel, Oklahoma!, The Sound of Music, South Pacific and State Fair. The King and I is the only one with "Rodgers & Hammerstein's" as part of the title. Every one of the discs has the same banner at the top of the case and all of the rear covers are similar to what Richie posted. Not saying that all of the others are right and this one's wrong, just pointing it out as food for thought |

| Posted: | | | | There seems to be a screencap on the k page at shillpages (only a link, the owner does not want direct links). The pages reads: Daryl F. Zanuck presents Roger and Hammerstein's The King and I From the front sizes and the layout it could very well be "Roger and Hammerstein's The King and I", matching the back cover... | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. | Posted: | | | | They do seem to have given their name a great deal of prominence on the title screen. I would say that unless Rodgers and Hammerstein are not credited anywhere else (ie. this is their credit), then it is indeed part of the title. |

| Posted: | | | | The screen cap and the back cover text convinces me that in this case the possessive may be part of the title. What's on the spine? | | | Last edited: by RHo |
