| Posted: | | | | Once purchased will the large DVD covers (located on the right side) become a lot more clear than they are ( I know once purchased it will become available in "high quality" but does it make a large difference ?
Thanks in advance!

| Posted: | | | | You will notice the difference. If that still isn't sufficient you can scan your own covers and upload them and possibly improve the database for all, but the submitted ones are pretty good and improving all the time as people submit updates. | | | Bad movie? | Posted: | | | | There's some images in this thread here that are roughly the same size (maybe a bit smaller) as most hi-res images that you'll be able to download as a paying customer. |

| Posted: | | | | What if you have paid but the images will not display in high quality. I recently installed Profiler 3.1 and none of the images will download or display in high quality. How would I fix this? Thanks. |

| Posted: | | | | In the display options, make sure that "DVD image quality" is set to high. Then in the online menu, there's an option to "refresh all images" - try that. |

| Posted: | | | | I have tried that. I've even gone back and forth from standard and high quality but they all download as standard quality. I've also checked and unchecked high quality resize. Thanks for the quick reply. |

| Posted: | | | | If you click on the cover in the program it will open in image full size in a window. Compare that image to the images on the thread linked above. If they're roughly the same size then you already have the hi-res images. But the standard ones are tiny (maybe a tenth of the size) so it should be pretty easy to tell the difference. One question - does Profiler recognise your registration details? I know your a premium user cos this website says so, but if you haven't copied your details into the program exactly as they are then maybe the program isn't unlocked properly yet - but that's just a guess!
Edit: if you still get the welcome page when you start the program, it tells you your registration status in the top right. | | | Last edited: by northbloke |

| Posted: | | | | They are the same size as in the post, but the details are all fuzzy. The small covers in the collection list are high quality. In the previous version, the larger images were crystal clear. It shows my registration status as unlimited. Thanks for your help |

| Posted: | | | | It sounds like the images definitely aren't updating for some reason.
There's an "update profile" icon in the "general info" window that looks like a DVD with a green arrow pointing down on it. If you right-click that icon you get the option to refresh that particular profile. If you ask to preview the image changes - what do you see in the preview window? |

| Posted: | | | | Well, I checked preview the old and new matched and were high quality. The images were about 2.25 inches tall and 1.25 inches wide. However, the image in DVD Profiler is 4.75 inches tall and 3.25 inches wide and is fuzzy. I don't have a filtering application on, but I disabled AVG and redownloaded to no avail. |

| Posted: | | | | Sounds like you're still getting the standard quality images (they look good too, but are just small - about the size you're stating). Are you using the Windows XP internal firewall - maybe that's having an effect? |
