| Posted: | | | | I have just upgraded from the 'old' program to the 'new' one. I have down a backup of the old database, and restored it into V3. Is that the only way to transfer your collection - I could not find an 'Import' option ???
I now wish to add some more DVDs, and when I click on 'DVD' and then 'Add to Collection' I get ...
'Connecting to www.invelos.com
pending> Online Profile List'
then a dialog box pops up saying ...
'Online profile list required - not yet downloaded. Download now ?'
I say 'yes' and it goes back to ...
'Connecting to www.invelos.com
pending> Online Profile List'
then the window just disappears, and nothing seems to happen.
I had no problem with the old version, so can someone tell me if there are any settings I need to now make in V3 to be able to connect to Invelos ??
thanks |

there has never been an import option. And the export is to produce an XML file for other applications - NOT for dvd profiler to use itself. Backup / restore is the way to go. And have you noticed you can create any number of databases now within the program. | | | Paul |
