This is how i would like to see the region coding implemented if it is possible.

When the DVD radio button is ticked, you get the DVD region coding.
When the Blu-ray radio button is ticked you get the Blu-ray region coding.

Is this possible to do for a future releaase ken?

I'd like that. Although I'd like to know how we verify Blu-Ray region?

For example, I've got a few Blu-Ray titles. Some I bought from the UK and some from the US. Now, I know that my UK edition of Casino Royale is region B only. But the ones I've got from Amazon.com clearly aren't region A as they play on my region B player fine, and like most people, I don't have a blu-ray drive in my pc to see what dvdinfopro or whatever will say about it.

Now, there is a website which tries to list the region for each Blu-Ray, but that is only based upon what people have reported so far. You can see it here

I have 37 Blu-ray movies now, and I would say 95% of them have a region logo on the back.

I can tell you that Sony/Columbia Pictures catalog titles are coded all regions. Only new releases will be region coded.

As for other studios, that's a guess for sure. Some of them, I need a magnifying glass to see the region logo. I was keeping trak of my collection's coding, but I am backlogged on that right now. I'll probably be keeping my BR collection on my site when I finally get caught up, using a form of the Trading Poster format.
