I was looking in my collection for Will & Grace S4 (region 2, locality Belgium)
I found there another DVD Pride and Prejudice.
After chenking what it could be, I found that both DVD's have the same UPC.

What do you advice on getting the correct Will & Grace in my collection ?

I have several such DVDs. At some point, Carrefour released a whole bunch of cheap DVDs (I think they were only €1) which all caried the same UPC.
You can add one of them by UPC, but you'll have to add the others by Disk ID.
BTW, if you're Flemish, I would suggest you use locality Netherlands as much as possible (well, only for the DVDs that have a Dutch overview of course). Maybe you'll already find a solution for your question there.

Be carefull using the Dutch locality, some Dutch collegues found out theire have to be in the Belgium locality and mark them for deletion!
Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. Please include the sources for your changes in the contribution notes, especially for cast and crew additions.

What exactly do you mean (I don't understand your sentence) ?

And PS: how do you mark an entry for deletion ? (because I've done a few submissions in the wrong locality myself in the past).

You remove all data content from the profile which is not required for contribution. The you change the Title to: "Screeners: Please remove this profile from the online database". I usually give my reasons for this request in the Overview field as well as the Contribution Notes. I also made it a habit to out the Title in the Original Title field (that way I can monitor the status of the profile until its deletion and can know which movie that profile was for).

You should monitor the voting closely (well, you always should, but...) so that you can explain the situation to No voters. They may have accidentally added that profile to their collection and may need help locating the correct one.

BTW, the German community ios quite active with this too...

Ok thanks!
I was already worried that profiles could disappear all of a sudden without me knowing . Anyway, Giga: I've not come any profiles that were submitted for deletion so far (also, because I think they are in fact identical in the Netherlands anyway).

Thank you so much for your advice (also on the mark for deletion)

I added the dvd by Disc ID and than changed back the UPC to match the barcode.
added all the rest of the stuff and contributed as new.
It is already aproved and released
