I submitted profile updates and new retail front/back scans for a new release profile which had a pre-release front cover only.

It shows under my Contributions that the images were declined for some reason. Yet, if I try to submit them again, my "declined" front/back images come up in the compare window, as if they were indeed accepted into the profile.

I also noticed that in the notes, the profile approval and image decline show a timestamp of 3:39, but then there is another Profile approval shown at 3:40

Is this just an approval mixup?

They can approve parts of the profile.  Looks like the images were approved but the rest wern't.

No, the entire profile submission was approved. I can tell this if I try to resubmit it. It's the images that show as "declined" but apparently are indeed in the profile.

I have heard of situations where a screener has declined a profile, then changed their mind and immediately accepted it. If you look at the contribution notes, are both a decline and an accept listed or just the decline?

Yes, that is exactly what it is.  Gerri accidentally hit the wrong button and declined your contribution and then went back and approved it.  Happens sometimes, no biggie.

Yes, as was stated in my original post. But it was a 2nd Profile approval, not a seperate Image approval.

Cool. I figured that was the most likely case. but wanted to find out for sure.
