I am not sure when I became a member, but I think I had the 2.4 version. Anyway I went through your update process rather well. I have a username and password that works but I do not remember my registration key and without it I am not able to print out my collection. Should I rejoin? Do I need to rejoin? I can not get a new registration key without having an exist reg. key. Plese advise.

If you were a premium (paid) member you can upgrade at no cost.

Log on to the IVS site and get your registration information there.

OR open up DVDP 2.4 and it will have your registration information stored in it as well.

If you were not a premium member you can still use the current program for free but there are limits now that were not there before.

Thank you Terry. I found my reg. key, the date I joined, and my previous user name. This time I am saving it! You can probably tell I am not very pc oriented. Just enough to cruise the internet and try to stay out of trouble.

DVDP = DVD Profiler. 2.4 is what you said you used.

[sarcastic_mode] I would think you find it on your computer and you access it by opening the program [/sarcastic_mode]

Glad you got it worked out  Welcome to the new and improved DVDP (DVD Profiler  )
