| Posted: | | | | I have input over 160 DVDs using the EAN with perfect results. However, whenever I attempt to input any title which begins with the numbers "88," while the title is recognised, I receive an error advising "unable to download file - continue anyway?" This error is (so far) exclusive to titles starting with the 88 sequence. I am not using net filtering or firewall software on this PC. Has anybody else experienced this problem? |

A couple of long shots. Try repairing the database and also try the alternative internet connection. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

If they still don't download, hell, time to call Scooby Doo! |

| Posted: | | | | support had advised me of that one to begin with, so yes, I already tried it with the same error.
do note that it will download the title - which is to state that it does recognise it when I enter the number, but when I select to download to my owned DVDs, the aforementioned error is produced. this error, for me at least, is absolutely exclusive to DVDs with the 88 sequence. |

| Posted: | | | | I have the Dark Waters special edition myself and was able to add it with no problems. It seems very odd that it only affects 88 barcodes. Are you sure there's nothing running in the background that could interfere with your network connection? |
