| Posted: | | | | I have noticed an odd thing happening when downloading from the online profile. I can run the update profiles on my system here to make sure everything in that dbase is up to date but if I download from my online profile and then run the scan for updated profiles again (literally 2 mins or less since I ran it) it will show 120+ profiles/images that are updated and then proceeds to download them.
Has anyone else seen this and/or know why it happens?
Thanks |

| Posted: | | | | I don't think so as it happens every time I do it, no matter what time of the day or night. I have DVDProfiler installed on both my laptop and desktop. Sometimes I will ADD movies to the desktop install and then upload it to the online profile and then download it to my laptop. Other times it is basically the reverse where I ADD them to the laptop and then download them to the desktop. No matter where I download the movies to nor the time it always have 120+ (yesterday it was 154) titles to update from the scan for updated profiles/images. |

| Posted: | | | | After "Refresh Updated Profiles from Invelos" have you compared the differences between the profiles? Sounds to me like someone needs to do a database repair. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | I haven't actually compared each profile to see what/if anything has changed. I assumed that DVDProfiler did and that is why it thought it was updated and needed to download it. Good point about the database repair. I will run that on both the desktop and laptop installs and see if that fixes it.

| Posted: | | | | Well I ran the database repair tool on both systems and then downloaded from the online profile and when I went to update profiles it showed 164 that were updated, so it seems to be a bug. |

Have you check your locks? Perhaps you have something is these profiles that is locked and is not getting updated? | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | I don't think I have locks set on anything as I always relied on the latest profile as the "best". So I'm not sure why it thinks there are a lot to update after downloading from the online profile |
