| Posted: | | | | As I was trying to upgrade my registration key for profiler 2.? it said that it was an invalid key. what do I do? I tried to log in to do thi originally, but have since forgotten my user name and password so i setup a new account name. But even before i did this I tried t log in using my registration key and again it said it was invalid. |

| Posted: | | | | doesn't matter if you forget your id etc. Logging in to the website all information will be under the registration tab. I never remember my code for DVDP but logging in to the website it is all there for me all I do is copy any paste. I use the same password for every site so if I forget my password I will be knocked off the net until my brain fart smell disapears. |

and the reason why you don't write down the information and save it on your Pc is because..?? After all - suppose the web site went down and you had to reinstall dvd profiler.. you would be back to non registered user..
