Rereleased items with new UPC

How do you add a UPC to an already existing item that has been re-released?

The item: Ranma ½ - Season 2: Anything Goes Martial Arts Box Set
has a new UPC of 782009237693 its already in teh DB under 782009080190  but everything is the same, save for the cover art which changes only by moving the authors name from the center top to the left top. Is there a way to add a new UPC or copy an entry to a new UPC?  I have run into this with a few Anime that have been re-released as of late.

Change UPC/EAN under the DVD menu at top

Check the profile for other differences add the new coverimages and make sure it is by the rules, and contibute the new one
