Ok, I currently have my plasma 90cm/35.5" from the ground. That's the bottom of the screen.

It's currently on a nice glass stand.

Anyway, I want to wall mount it and was after recommendations for what height my plasma should be?

I was looking at moving it higher by at least 10cm/4", but on the wall I think will look a bit low.

Based on a 37" screen:  Stand in front of the wall you wish to mount it on, and draw a level line from your eye to the wall.  That is the upper limit of the center of the screen.  (Ex: 72")

Now, sit at the distance you plan on viewing it from, and draw a level line from your eye to the wall.  That's the lower limit.  (Ex: 36")

Measure that vertical distance between top and bottom, divide by 2, and mark that spot.  That is the center point of your screen when it's mounted on the wall.  (Ex: 18" above lower mark, or 54" above  floor.)  That puts it a bit above eye level when you're seated but not to the point you'll feel like you're looking up.  So, that would put the bottom edge of the screen approximately 45" above the floor (not counting any frame around the actual screen.

Mine isn't wall mounted, but I used the same method to calculate the right height and adjusted the shelves on my AV center accordingly.  Hope that helps some.

from what I've heard (and it is personal taste), your eyes should hit 1/3 of the way up from the bottom of the screen when in your viewing position.

Probably about the same calculation as above, just a bit easier to get there

using rifters maths, I get a height of 105cm. Which is 15cm higher than current.

Currently, my eye level is with the Pioneer logo at the bottom of the screen.

I remember when I got my previous tv and moved it from the supplied stand which was about 60cm high upto my glass stand which is 90cm. Took some getting used to. Can't see 15cm being much of a problem however.

This is the method I used, and not necessarily the only method.  Whatever you end up using is what feels best to you, as it should be.  If how I did it helps, that's great.
