| Posted: | | | | I'm having difficulty tracking down my registration code. My hard drive took a dump and I was able to restore my database and my updated 2.4 version of the program. But I was unable to pull up my email with my purchase information. How can I get this information? Frustrated... |

Thanks for the reply. Here's the problem, I was one of those early adopters (back in 2000) of DVD Profiler and the only email that i had left (archived) was the one for the free one. I did upgrade to 2.x unlimited sometime in the last two years but have since lost my login and password. I think that the only one I had was for the free one back in 2000. I'm using the old alias.
If you can provide me with an email (assuming you are working for invelos) where I can send you all of my information and have you pull information on my purchase along with my registration key, that would be awesome.
Thanks ahead of time.

| Posted: | | | | Go to this site. Enter the email address you signed up with at intervocative. You will then receive your password via Email. Then use Skip's instructions to upgrade your Intervocative key to an Invelos key. | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm

| Posted: | | | | Hey guys I want to thank everyone for their quick response and help. You know how it is when you come to rely so heavily on a program and to all of a sudden lose access to it. It get's wicked frustrating.
Thanks Ken for helping me out.

Thanks to Lithurge who (in another thread) let me know that the old sit was still up and running and I was able to pull my key from there and updated from here. Thanks for the info. Running 3.x and loving it. Thanks to all the guys at Invelos. |
