Just manually edit the UPC to include all the numbers (we don't knock the end ones off anymore) and it should be able to find the new profile. |

| | Posted: | | | | If you don't already have version 2.4 or 2.5 installed, download and install it from www.intervocative.com, and version 3 from www.invelos.com.
Next, if you don't already have your collection in your local copy of 2.4/2.5, use the My Profiler feature in that version to download your collection from InterVocative.
From version 2.4/2.5, select File->Backup Profile Database. You can select a location on your local hard drive.
