I just received the Criterion Collection "Ace in the Hole".

The current profile for this title lists the following studios:
Paramount Pictures
Paramount Home Entertainment
The Criterion Collection

Now, the only mention of Paramount Home Entertainment is the following on the back cover:
"Under exclusive license from Paramount Home Entertainment"

The rules say to list
* Theatrical Release Studio(s)
* Production Company(s)
* DVD Distribution studio(s) if there is room available.

As far as I can tell, PHE is neither. They are licensing studio, possibly.

So, should they really be included in studios?

I think PHE should be removed from the Studos list since they are not the DVD distributor. This is much the same situation as with a lot of StudioCanal licensed titles - even though their logo shows up on disc start-up, they were neither involved in the production of the movie or the movie's theatrical release, nor are they the DVD distributor - they just own the current rights to the movie.
