| Posted: | | | | I just contributed Star Trek: The Original Series: Season 1 UPC#097360-509243. In the program itself the episode dividers show up just fine. However there is a problem when I submitted it. Episode #29 divider shows up fine in the credits field, but in the cast field the divider is missing. Here is a screencap of how the episode divider looks in the program itself. This is how the contribution looks. Notice there is no episode #29 divider in either the old profile or the one I contributed, but the main cast is duplicated in episode #28. |

| Posted: | | | | Might be corrupted somehow. Have you tried deleting the divider, saving, reediting to add a new divider?
I just checked my profile and the divider is NOT there. The cast is there for Episode 29 but not the divider. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection | | | Last edited: by Bad Father |

| Posted: | | | | I've been editing quite a bit this morning and got mixed up a little.
Anyways, I think I added the episode divider to the cast when I noticed it was missing. I did what you suggested and I just resubmitted it, but again the same thing. It's fine in the program, but doesn't show up in the contribution online.
What's strange is that the already approved contribution shows the same thing, no divider for episode #29 in the cast. |

| Posted: | | | | That's quite strange. I've never encountered the problem before.
Could it be that it has a double hyphen between the two words? | | | Corey |

| Posted: | | | | I doubt the double -- has anything to do with it. The crew list has the same divider remarks in it and it appears fine . | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | The same divider appears in the crew field and appears OK in both the program and the contribution online. |

| Posted: | | | | I just tried it with the release I got. Online it is missing this divider. But when I change "--" to "-" and submit it, it suddenly shows the divider in both online and submitted data With cast this problem doesn't seem to exist. EDIT: I mixes up cast and crew. I will try again. | | |

| Posted: | | | | It's strange. You can have "- -" but not "--". If the hyphens are consequtive it won't show but if it's a single hyphen or if there is a space between two hyphens it's ok . Oh well. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | I note in passing that a double dash (--) indicates the beginning of an SQL comment. I have no idea if this is relevant, but there you go ... | | | -fred |

| Posted: | | | | Glad to see the mystery solved. I PMd Ken about this problem back when I first submitted the cast/crew. | | | Kevin |
