My contribution has been declined on reason:
Please use birth years only to distinguish between otherwise identical cast and crew. New birth year submissions must be documented.
Ean code is 5-050582-471854.
Crew and actors are taken from the Spanisch version of the HD-dvd and after the fist declination doublechecked with film credits on the hd dvd.
In my database I can not see birth data connected to the actors or crew.
So what's the problem?

even though the profile you copied the data from doesn't have any birth years attached to it, make sure that your copy of Profiler isn't automatically adding a birth year to an actor.
They're not very easy to spot within the program, so are easy to miss. Unfortunately we can't go look either as you can't view a submission once it's been accepted/declined.
If it happens again, PM Gerri and ask her which birth year is causing the problems - I'm sure she'll be happy to help you track it down.

All I see when I try to view your collection online is a blank list.

Having said that birth years don't show in the online collection so we couldn't see either way.

Are you 100% sure that there are no birth years in either cast or crew?

The easiest way I've found of checking is to highlight the first cast member name, watch the birth year field and keep the down arrow pressed. (Assumes you use a similar layout of course).



Make sure this is in your profile not the Spanish one you copied it from.
