Has anyone made a report that fits the size of a BUSINESS CARD?
I've tried and tried to adapt one and can't get it to work right.  The concept is just too much to grasp for my advancing senility.

Any small report that fits on a form (like a Brother labeler which I own) would work.  The BUSINESS CARD format is easy to print and the cut forms can be purchased everywhere so it would be best.

I want to use it to put in my "slots" when someone borrows the disk.  Sort of like a library checkout card.
