You are referring to the Collection|View Flagged window, which indeed has a check box for "Show at Program Startup".
Only guess is, that some people may want to include it in their layout as a permanent window, e.g. "next to the "Collection List", even if it's empty at program startup... It is then just easier to access... | | | Achim [諾亞信； Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan.
