| Posted: | | | | I used to have the old version of DVD Profiler. I recently realized that I didn't download it onto the computer I got 7 months ago and went to do that Sunday Night. New owner, new version. Okay, no problem ... until I realize I didn't have my registration key ... so I locate that online yesterday and I go home to install 3.0 and generate a new key for this version ... done. Okay so here's the issue. I can't seem to import my collection to the new version. My entire collection shows up online on the OLD SITE but somehow it doesn't "find" it when i go to import the online collection to "override" the host collection (which has 0 movies in it). I may do another thread ... but thought to post here first. Thanks p.s if you click on the online collection button it will show i have none ... but check here Karen's Collection and i do ... how do i get THAT collection onto the new version ? | | | Last edited: by KarenB |

| Posted: | | | | Go back to Intervocative and download the legacy version of DVD Profiler. Install it and use your old registration details and this program should allow you to download your collection from the Intervocative site. Then backup your database in the old version, and restore it in the new version. | | | Last edited: by northbloke |

| Posted: | | | | Looks like the old version has gone from the intervocative site, so head into the Beta forum on the old site and download the beta version you find there... Then do as northbloke said EDIT: Bah... I must be blind. I didn't see that legacy version on the old site, but it's there Please ignore me | | | The colour of her eyes, were the colour of insanity | | | Last edited: by reybr |
