| Posted: | | | | Hi guys,
I wonder whether you can help me. I have recently submitted some contributions and if I recall correctly three out of four or so have been denied. The first one denied included me referring to IMDB and I have since read up on the guidelines and have a better (though still not perfect understanding) of what is required, but hey: You live, you learn.
I am, however, mystified as to why a front and back cover scan I did for FANGS OF THE LIVING DEAD was denied. There previously was none for this DVD. I did a proper scan and then indicated "Front and back cover scanned from DVD". The reason for the denial was given as "Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. Please include the sources for your changes in the contribution notes, especially for cast and crew additions."
I did clearly *not* add any cast and crew additions just a scan and I *did* indicate my source. I thought nothing could be simpler and more straight forward than this. Looks like I was wrong. :-)
Can someone help me out here.
Thanks Holger |

| Posted: | | | | That does seem a strange reaction. Try resubmitting - the screeners are, after all, human (mostly ) and do make mistakes. If you mention it's a resubmission in the notes and it's declined again, you're usually contacted with an explanation. |
