hello i had my report on excel but had to reformat and i would like to know how to put my report back to excel please as i found it easier to change the positions of titles,at the moment i have about 500 titles and they are in a different order to what dvd profiler is showing and i do not want to type them all out again,i have a current backup on a:

Not understanding the question exactly, but, with all of the filters and sort by options on DVD Profiler along with the very customizable and powerful "sort data" commands on X-Cell (sort by "X" column, then by "Y" selection, then by "Z" row etc. etc) it seems that those commands would do the trick to align the titles with corresponding information if you know how to utilize them.

Maybe I completely missed the point? Not an X-Cell genius, but I possibly know enough novice skills to help? Let me know if I'm waaaay off base.

thank you for youre reply and i will play about with the sort data,what i had done was print a report of all my dvds to excel and put them in a box numbered from 1-500 but after a while the film in number 30 slot did not corrospond to the number on my dvd profiler list and i did not know how to change the number on my dvd profiler list,in the end nearley all my numbers were different.
