It'd be pretty useless actually, because of the way UPCs are formulated. You'd probably have to type in all but the last 2 or 3 digits before the list would be a manageable length to browse through.
With three digits left, there could be as many as 100 UPCs possible (10x10 not counting the checkdigit), not to mention multiple localities. |
