| Posted: | | | | Hi im not sure if this is the correct area for this..
I used to use dvd profiler version 2.xxx(cant recall the exact version) And as such have not used version 3 b4.
I tried entering my aliase + password yet the online profiler says the information is incorrect yet I am entering the details as supplied in the original email I recieved. I cant request new details as I have since change email providers.
Any help ? as I need to obtain my old list of dvd's due to have being broken into of late, and I need to know what has been taken so i can pass the information onto the police. |

I just checked my old account and was able to see my data. If you are going to "My Profiler" and entering your username and password, you should be able to see your online collection. If not, either the username or password you are using is incorrect. Also, did you backup your database to your computer? If so, your collection will be there. |

| Posted: | | | | Hey giga, thats my collection allright.
Still cant seem to access the db via the program though. Have tried the password as supplied in my original email, and any variations of it but to no avail.
Is there any way i can get a password reset sent to my new email address? |

Its not clear if you are using v3 of the programme now or still just v2. If you are using v3 then you will not be able to access all the old online dvd list since this was on the old server address. The new version (v3) of the programme is using a new web address for the online list. You need to use the old v2 programme. | | | Paul |

If so the reason it won't work is that 3.0 points at the Invelos site and 2.x points at the old Intervocative site. You need to backup your old collection in 2.x then re-import it to 3.0 then upload it to the new site if you want to access it through 3.0 | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |
