Does anybody know what to do |

You need to set up your PayPal account to pay directly from your checking account. Once you do that, PayPal will attempt to make 2 small deposits to your account (less than $1.00) to validate your account. After PayPal notifies you that validation was successful (usually in 3-4 business days) you will need to transfer funds from your checking account to your PayPal account (another 3-4 business days). | | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

If you have a verified bank account registered with Paypal you do not need any funds in your paypal account, they will take the money from you bank account.
