| Posted: | | | | I've tried to add Dvds whiches are not in the database (no EAN code and no disk code), but when I launch the contribution, Invelos asks me to indicate what are the changes I've done.
I just show that it's a new Dvd, submit and my contribution is declined.
thanks for telling me what I have to do to add my new DVD

| Posted: | | | | Sorry your post is a little unclear.
You can't submit profiles entered by title only. So are you creating the profiles using EANs/or the disc id for the DVD you own, or are you overwriting an existing profile that has it's own EAN/disc id?
If it's the latter they'll be declining it because your overwriting correct data with incorrect data. If the former they now require the source for the information you provide and will decline it if it isn't given. They are now providing reasons for declines so you should be able to check the contribution and see. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | My point is that I can't find the DVD with an EAN code or a disk code when I use 'Add DVD', but of course, I put the EAN code when I create the item in my base.... |

| Posted: | | | | Kikk, your answers are in this thread. In short: It has become mandatory for you to state the sources where you took the data from in the contribution notes. | | | Michael | | | Last edited: by TigiHof |

Kikk That's because you must supply what information you are suppling and where you got it from now even for brand new contributions see:- http://www.invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=viewtopic&topicID=169361 lengthy thread I know, but thats the way it is now, it's no long a case of it's a new dvd so up goes the data. You must state where that data has come from. Steve I must learn to type faster. | | | Last edited: by snarbo |
