I just recently got an HD tuner for my HD (ready) TV and it is driving me nuts.  Two of the channels (the ones I watch more than the others) fluctuate wildly from 95% all the way down to 0% and anywhere in between.  It does so about once per second.

Is there some sort of gain stabilizer or something I can hook up in the coax line (or something) to help with this?

Thanks in advance.

You may need a better antenna with a built-in amp.  Identify the locations of the broadcasting towers and adjust to compensate for any line-of-site blocks.
