| Posted: | | | | Hi there! Why is my online collection shown as zero? For some reason, while my local (desktop) database works, everything from the online collection has been erased, even when I've asked my collection to be uploaded to the site. So it comes out looking like this: I should have something like 259 DVDs in my collection. |

I should have something like 259 DVDs in my collection. you have answered the question yourself. The free version of dvd profiler doesn't allow a online collection if you have more than 50 dvds. | | | Paul |

(I was using 3.0.2) Apparently there was a glitch which allowed non-paying users with more than 50 titles to upload their collections for a while; it should never have been allowed and this is clearly stated in the limitations. Unless you then downloaded an empty collection (and there's no reason to download a clooection anyway, excvept after a hard disk crash without a proper backup strategy) this is a totally different problem. | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |
