| Posted: | | | | I've got a double feature movie (spefically wayne's world 1 & 2) where it has 2 movies on a single sided dvd. All information is same for both movies except for cast and crew. Can the dvd be added with blank information for cast and crew with running times added together, or do I have to create manual profiles for each movie, which as I understand can't be contributed, and put them in a box set. |

| Posted: | | | | You can put both movies in one profile, using the new divider-feature of DVD Profiler to separate the two movies. But without an unlimited registration you can't contribute to the online database anyway. | | | "They have a cave-troll" Boromir | | | Last edited: by Mampfede |

| Posted: | | | | where abouts do I find the dvd divider feature, or is that also only available to unlimited registrations.
Secondly hopefully a moderator or someone with enough influence reads this, as I can't believe that Invelos would after having people pay for their product make them do all the data entry work as well. I always figured that was why there was a free version. For someone to do all the dirty work of creating a dvd profile. |

| Posted: | | | | actually... its the paying users who contribute the most... they care... and do quality work - this is a user built database. in most cases you will find that somewhere in the upper 90 percents of your titles will already be in the database and be at least usably filled out - so you do not need to contribute.
the divider feature is not restricted for free users... you can find it under the edit cast / crew option in the center column. | | | -JoN |

| Posted: | | | | Fair enough. I think it's nice that paying users actaully do the work, but as a non-paying customer I've easily contributed 150 profiles. Most of which would have been new profiles, only a small percentage would have been updating profiles , such as adding back cover images or disc id's. I was always more than happy to do this as I was getting a free program, and doing work for someone who actually paid for it. Unfortunatly because I'm cheap and mostly DVDs after they come down in price, most of my profiles that I added were more obscure, or canadian edition. So while some of us cheapskates who are non-paying users, there are some of us who do care. Mind you that was also before most of the features were disabled.
Secondly thank you kindly for the directions, I couldn't find any help topic on he divider feature, and for some reason thought it divided the dvd into 2 parts. |
