I got mine from dvdsoon also on the day of release and it clearly has the Canadian rating logo on it. Mine also says 'printed in Canada' where yours says 'printed in USA'

While the front covers are the same, the back covers are very different. Existing and mine having English and French, yours just having English.

It seems that the keepcase cover of yours is the same as mine, but the slip case is clearly different.

To me in a country where dvd cases should have the correct rating logo, if the cover doesn't have it, then it can't be correct.
