Editing Already Made Online Contributions |

| | Posted: | | | | I went through my DVD Collection Updating my Data, ie. Scanning New Images, Changing Ratings etc. I then Submitted my entries. I noticed that a member had given me a "No" Vote for a Change I had made to a Rating. Anyway I thought I would re-check my Change and the Information I put in was right. I sent a PM to the Person who made the mistake, but there is No Way that I can inform anyone else of this error, Is there a way that I can "Add a Message" to this Online Contribution? Or in the Future could there be a Change in the Program made to allow this? | | | Cheers

Did you say, as way too many users do Changed rating. Why should anyone buy that unless perhaps they go pull the film and check it which i suspect few of us do, especially for something like this. Sometimes Documentation can be as simple as Changed rating per film rating rating card On screen. That tells everyone ( and hopefully the user is being honest) that he checked the information and confirmed it.
Other time suchs as Birth Years or Common Names documentation can involve some research.

However, if its declined due to that No vote, when you recontribute add more detailed explanation on the change (even if it may seem like plain obvious to you). |
