How long does it take for approved profiles to show up in the databse?

I was going to contribute a profile for The Matrix (HD DVD / single sided version; UPC 085391-159759) because it wasn't showing up in the database when I typed in the UPC.  When I went to contribute it and my browser opened, there was already a profile for it online.  It said it was approved on 5/21 but when I update the Online Profile List it still does not show up.  Just wandering how long it takes.

Usually it is released a day or two after it's been approved.
